God knows I've had my share of 'run ins' with XRP / XRPL 'Riddlers'.... should the community, support, ridicule or ignore these 'riddlers'?

Personally I think they prey upon people who are either vulnerable or have mental health conditions which could lead to those people losing money they otherwise would not have done. What are your thoughts?
